How To Take A Screenshoot on Windows

Hello today we will learn about how to take a screenshoot...

What is a screenshoot? Screenshoot is a captured image of your desktop view that can be saved as an image file. This is very useful, especially if you found a bug on games, or some error from your PC and want to share it to your tech administrator.

How to take a screen shoot?

First, take a look around at your keyboard, there are so many buttons there, but only 1 Button you must aware the Print screen Button (Prt Scr)

1. Then, now open the screen you want to captures, your desktop background, browser, games, etc.

2. Press Prt Scr button on your keyboard to take the screen shoot. (or if it didn't works, hold down Ctrl then press Prt Scr once)

3. Open Windows Start menu , then Choose Run.

4. In Run Textbox, type: "Mspaint" then click OK.

5. Your Microsoft Paint will be opened, then the next thing you need to do is look at menu bar, click on Edit, then Choose Paste (or simply hold ctrl and then press V once)

6. Tadaa... your screen shoot is there... Next thing to do is to save it to your computer. Click on File, then choose "Save as"
File > Save As



      Then Choose where you want to save it (change the "save in"), then type File Name, also the most important is to change the file type (Change the save as type). For File type change to JPEG or PNG, DONT use BMP, because BMP file size is very big, so it'll takes time to upload those BMP file.

7. The Last thing to do is to upload it to your Blog, Image Hosting or file sharing sites. Then give the link to your tech administrator if needed. 






Congratulation, now you can take your screen shoot.
